Step 1: Import & Organize Your Footage

First, gather all your clips, audio files, and images in one folder on your computer.

1. Open Filmora and create a new project. Set your project to 1920×1080 (1080p) for YouTube.
2. Click Import Media and select all your files.
3. Drag your main footage onto the timeline at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Rough Cut — Trim Out the Bad Parts
